Manuscript Checker fixes abbreviation capitalisation, normalises Fig.~\ref{} / Table~\ref{} cross-references — including cleaning up hard-coded text like "TABLE1" or "Figure 2" into "Table~1" / "Fig.~2" (fixing the word's case and spacing, then flagging the literal number for you to turn into a real \ref{}) — replaces "TABLE" with "Table" and "illustrates/shows" with "summarizes", title-cases section headings and adds missing \label{}s, punctuates equations with \:, backslashes \sin/\cos/\log, tidies citation spacing, splits camelCase words in figure/table captions, ends figure captions with a period (removing it from table captions), forces [t] figure/table placement, normalises math-mode ordinals like $i^{th}$/$i^\text{th}$ to "the $i$th", and adds a missing space before an abbreviation's parenthesis (e.g. "large language model(LLM)" → "large language model (LLM)").
It also flags things that need a human judgment call — abbreviations used before they're spelled out, sentences over 25 words, hard-coded figure/table numbers, and missing equation punctuation — in the warnings list below.
